Data storage
Records in this app are saved to Summit's per-user artifact storage, so they persist across visits to this app in this chat. No data leaves this environment.
Sites
Add or remove the sites/facilities available across every register. Removing a site does not delete existing records that reference it.
Team & access
Manage who can view or edit EMS records, and which sites they can access. Viewers are read-only. Auditors log nonconformities and evidence. Lead Auditors also manage the audit program. EMS Managers can add/edit all registers. Administrators can additionally manage the team, sites and reset data.
Company Logo & Export Branding
Configure the organisation identity used on Summit Eco PDF and Word exports. The company logo appears alongside Summit Eco branding.
Document & Report Exports
Generate branded PDF or Word copies of the key EMS registers and reports using the shared header/footer settings above.
